This model blends precision manufacturing with hands-on craftsmanship. Starting from a 316L stainless steel case blank with critical features pre-finished, each case face is manually machined on a lathe, crown tube bore cut by hand, and finished with a hand-applied brushed surface.
A hand-made titanium chapter ring is torch-colored individually, giving each watch subtle variation. The case back is laser engraved, and final assembly is completed in-house.
The watch features a Type-00 Aevum Carbon Limited dial powered by the NH35 automatic movement. Dial artwork draws inspiration from the Osaka Castle manhole covers found throughout Osaka, tying Japanese industrial design into our automotive roots. The signed crown carries the Aevum double-wrench logo.
Sized at 39mm in diameter and 13.3mm in height including sapphire crystal, the watch wears compact, balanced, and purpose-built.
NOTE: With the introduction of these new Aevum stainless steel models, we'll hopefully be able to keep a modest stock on hand since the stainless steel cases are partially finished before we receive them which keeps our in house machining time for these a little lighter, allowing us to focus more time on the fully handmade titanium models. We hope to bring new artwork from more of Japan's unique manhole covers to these stainless steel variants as well as more of the innovation we try to bring out in our titanium works.

Case: Manufactured 316L stainless steel blank that is manual lathe turned for the face design.

Dial: Our Type-00 Carbon Limited dial with dark chrome indices, Super Luminova BGW9 lume and bespoke black blue date wheel. The dial is framed by a hand made in house torched titanium chapter ring.
Crown: 7mm Aevum double-wrench artwork and high grip knurled crown. Screw down triple gasket design.
Case back: Stainless steel screw down case back with in house Osaka Castle manhole cover artwork laser engraved.
Leather strap: This model comes with one 100% handmade by us in-house Italian leather strap. It is tapered from 20mm to 18mm at the laser engraved Aevum stainless steel buckle.
